I'm not trying to be mean, but Dimitry does sometimes overreact to things. I re-spawned his car that had like 100,000 gas in it and he got all mad. Note that you can run on about 1000 gas for like 10 minutes and it doesn't take that long to fill it up to that. Then, when I started saying something else, he got even more mad because I didn't apologize.

Dimitry seems to have been mean lately, like he's better than people at his server.

It goes down by 3 (gas) every 3 quarters of a second or so (At least on the gas mod he was using).
