There was a first for everything, like a weapon, item, brick, map, veichle, etc. Well 100% the first gamemodes released were zombies and TDM.

I might just be crazy, but I think the first add-on was a vehicle. I can't remember who made it but it was a crappy looking Audi convertible that was ported from v0002, probably just for the sake of being the first add-on.
