If this is considered big wubs, then the dubstep I've heard is heavy metal. It's why I don't/didn't like dubstep in the first place. I like the keyboard/electronic derp sounds.

i was planning a slow breakdown after the section i currently have done now, which is what you just heard

Edit: It's nice, but still a little bland. Also, the transition is a little bit obvious that there was a time lapse in the creation. Possibly add an effect that spans through both parts?

yeah, i'm going to add some more melody to make it less bland, a longer transition is a good idea.
