Maybe. I would buy if they made MC a little bit better, or just had better sets!

Author Topic: Minecraft Lego coming this summer!  (Read 4232 times)

I liked Pepper from that pizza video game.

To let people know that he doesnt like it, is it that hard to understand?

Anyway I too cant stand Minecraft. The game is incredibly boring and extremely overhyped. Im a bigger fan of the free mobile version.
no i dint

Yes I did, obviously, would you go on a Brony topic just to say you dislike it? I would like to... But I don't now do I?

This is so impractical it's not even funny...After you build it, then what? It's not like you can edit the terrain with ease, or build a house somewhere half-underground without uplifting a bunch of plates...Although fun to look at, doesn't seem like much more than that...looking at it.

I missed it when Lego made lego games like Lego Chess, legoland, lego loco, lego island, etc they didn't loving turn them into lego sets.
Those were the best Lego Loco, Lego Island 2, and Lego Creator were the ones I had...I also remember being addicted to the lego.com games, like the studio one and another one with technic gears, conveyor belts, and stuff...I still fool around with Technic stuff, motors, pneumatics (I built a few air-powered engines), the NXT (I'm in robotics at school as well...FRC), RC cars with either auto or manual transmissions, off-road heavy duty suspension...never gets old.

i don't get what's so good about this

This is so redundant and the sets look stupid.  Why can't Lego make sets to a video game that has an actual story line they can make actual cool sets for?  These probably won't even sell that well since it's so split down the middle.  Half think its amazing and half think its complete crap.

They could cash some serious bucks for other games.  Hell, I'd even like to see Modern Warfare over this, at least we'd have some cool Lego Official weapons to buy from Bricklink.

What about other games with huge fanbases that have a kid-friendly story-line?  Like Portal or Zelda?

I don't get it. Is it one of those 'lego board games?' Or is it just a regular set? I don't get the concept of surviving and finding ores if it is or isn't.

Behold, the sheep who drink from Notch's mantits.

Nintendo would be a much better pairing for Legos.

Hell, I'll probably still end up buying some of these. I love Minecraft and Lego, so this is pretty cool to me.

this looks stupid as forget

something thats not even equal to a chunk in minecrat is worth more than the entire game

Lego Island 2?
or Lego Island 1.

I personally don't get it.
I know that Lego and Minecraft are different, but to me, the fact that Minecraft is all about either surviving or building with blocks, makes having a lego version redundant.
I can't help but think it would be like having a MegaBlocks themed Lego set. :/

And then the fact that there is so little you could possibly make with it...
From what I've seen it is just a lot of 1x1 tiled plate bricks.
I'd rather just make or buy my own minecraft style minifig thing and then put him into my own lego creations.
The only thing I like that I have seen so far is the Lego Creeper and only for it's novelty value.

Or you could just play Blockland or something.

IMO, Minecraft got pretty boring after this summer, but I still love to watch the progress of the game that captured my attention for an entire year.

I'll probably get these, not to play with all day, just to keep at my desk, just in case a loading screen takes to long, or my computer is down.

I still have a sentimental attachment to the game so I'll hold on to some figures for a while. . .

Or you could just play Blockland or something.

I use Blockland to build Lego sets, since they have the instructions on their website. Saves me a lot of money.
