What I've been told is that you guys have been flyhacking/xraying along side them and they feel its unfair that they're banned and you're not. They claim to know you in person and have skype conversations with you guys, which in, you guys plan together and cause general havoc. There's a difference between PVP and just plain griefing. We don't much like it so much when you use your hacking abilities to obtain full diamond armor (almost in a few hours) and fly around killing the weak and discouraging them from our servers. We want everyone to have a chance, but when there's evidence of fly hacking and x-raying, it is in our decision to ban those people.
I may be able to pardon you guys if you can give me a good enough reason. Brad, I fully understand your situation, however, as they are your friends, I seem to be shy about letting you back on the server. Same with you Fawkes.

You have been told that we flyhack, whereas we posted pictures of them flying, they just came on and shouted hacker hackers! and you banned us, hardly seems fair does it? when we had evidence of them flying and they just had to type in the chat.
Secondly we do know them in real life yes, we do not however go in skype calls with them. Me Purple_pear and Brad do so we can work more efficiently on the game which allows us to organise tasks, Brad is usually the miner, which is why his mining level is so high, he gathers diamonds etc completely legitly, Me and Purple go get food, which is why he has a good fishing level and why i have a good Archery level, when we return back to base we use the diamonds brad mines to make armour and then we go kill people who have had just as long to prepare as we have, we take their stuff and build our base, then we go rob someone else, we do not Grief, people know this is how Dawnstar works and its not our fault they don't secure their goods properly.
