Dedicated server help??

There use to be a dedicated server software in the blockland folder but now i cant find it is there any way to make a dedicated server without it????

1. Make a shortcut for Blockland onto your desktop
2. Right click it and go to properties
3. Add -dedicated at the end (make sure there is a space between exe and -dedicated) so it looks like this:
C:\(BlahBlahBlah)\BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated
4. Go into the Blockland you just right clicked and let the black box do it's work
5. Right click the same Blockland again and go to properties
6. Erase the -dedicated
7. Go into the same Blockland and join your server in "Join Game"
