I've got this image of you just staring at a small penguin floating in the pool, face down with it's wings spread wide.

Wondering if it's actually dead or not.

Penguins can breathe under water, right?

Holy stuff. Call 1-800-344-9453, and let them know that you've found a penguin, and tell them your address. They'll send out the proper wildlife officials to handle it. Until then, try to keep it in your backyard. You don't want it to disappear.

it says something about not available in your country or state

Although that's probably true as well.
