Ok, so apparently I made a mistake in making hells and piarre admin.
Lets review why I did this in the first place
A:Hells was manual admin so he could help build. I upped to to auto for reasons I'm not exactly certain on.
B:Piarre was admin for attempting to help the server after I mistakenly thought that using /clearspambricks would help the server.
Well, it lowered the lag... by clearing everyones lots. Oh, and everyone timed out too.
So here we are, funk joins.
Funk and I have not been on the best of terms (at least, in my opinion) since he abused his SA 'grantmoney' command and spawned items to go on a killing spree. This had been dealt with, and was prior to me taking over the server.
Funk joins the server, and, in my opinion, hilariously mis-interprets hells as the new manager and keeps asking him questions.
Hells pushes blame over to me, where it should be, and starts asking me questions.
Piarre, all the while, is being a dipstuff and insulting everyone available. (Formaggio, Funk.. etc)
I unintentionally start a really bad pun fight, which leads to two and a half pages of 12 line spam, further backing that hells and piarre are not cut out for the job.

Piarre promptly followed up with this gem, and then the second gem, and asked our opinion.

At this point, I review the chat logs from earlier. I discover that formaggio has not been 100% against me like I had originally believed.
I mention that I will shorten his ban, which I later do to... 360 minutes, I believe.

Let me clarify some bottom lines.
-
the server is not mine. I mistakenly assumed this after a few steam pm's from hankyje last night. As of currently, I believe we are taking the server on 50-50.
-I mistakenly wiped every build thinking that /clearspambricks would help the servers lag. Evidentally the mod does not disable or make the command compatible with lot bricks.
-I locked the server down at the suggestion of Arctichenry in an attempt to call a meeting. Naturally, Hankyje joined right then and was utterly confused. He's scary when he's mad, trust me.
-I should have De-Admined HellsSpot and Piarre at the first sign of abuse, but I did not.
