Certain bones can't be stretched, i tried the head bone, one of the shoulders, one of the hands, the lower torso, i think one of the legs

It's either certain ragdolls or certain bones, no matter the ragdoll, that don't work

All bones are possible, but really hard.
I'll try to pose it.

I highlight an arrow, hold the left mouse button while it's lit, i move my screen around, the bone i have selected doesn't move it all

You needed a X hour play time and then you could get a key but I'm not sure now.

i think it checks if you own regular gmod before giving you a beta key thats why you log in

That phase is way over though

Also, trying to pose fingers with the bone editor, super hard, arrows get in the way, other bones get in the way, sometimes the bone doesn't want to go from being stretched to being rotated because it refuses to re-highlight itself
