Looks amazing, with the building in place. However, if its already aligned with slate, how will the bottom portion of the build show up?

I think he's gonna readjust it somehow

Wait you're not just making the bedroom, you're making the entire building? :O But yeah, what about the alignment, one of the awesome things about this would be loading old bedroom saves.

Exactly

Almost perfectly. You could literally cover the entire Bedroom in bricks inside and out, load it in this save and it would mostly look the same. So far there is 1 brick difference in the window. It was a choice I made between accuracy and brick count.

Day 4
Okay people, I've hit a major problem. Arbitrary angles. Blockland's worst enemy. The angled roof right above Bedroom is going take thousands of bricks because is ends in nothing. The higher angled roof is fine since it has that wooden ridge thing that covers the edge. I can just approximate it with 8x cubes. I'm afraid I will have to put a ridge on the roof above Bedroom too. The build won't be as accurate but it will save thousands of bricks. I don't see a way around this.

Bonus! Ghastly Bedroom!

Why don't you just do the interior and leave it at that? Doing the exterior seems like it will take too many bricks, and I think most people will be happy with just the interior.

You'd lose one secret and it would look ugly outside.

Why don't make the whole thing while you're at it?

Sounds homo to just make a fake house.

Woah, I was just making one suggestion that could lower the brick count.

I wonder if we could make that into a .blb file.  :cookieMonster:

Yes but it would take too much unecessary work and it would be painful. Very. Painful.

brick count?
Brick count: 21631
Work time around: 20 hours

That brick count is amazingly low for a build this size.

Just to restate a question you havent answered:

How do you plan to port the whole bedroom to slate level? If I see correctly the current build is built on bedroom and the floor is aligned with the bedroom floor.

Well he built the entire house.  If you think about it, if you built a house in blockland and had a base under your second story, it would be supported and on the ground.  You load this on slate it would have a base underneath it aka the house.
