Oh god, my internal ear system is loving up

A few minutes ago, I had this sudden sense of dizzyness, and my vision was tilted to the side. I would assume this is caused by the internal ear stuff loving the hell up.
Now there's a high-pitched sound in my left ear, and only that one.

Is this going to just pass, or should I see a doctor?

Well, it doesn't seem like it's going to be permanant, as the high-pitched noise is starting to recede, I'm just wondering if I should be concerned about it.
Which I'm pretty sure I should be.
