Have you ever played it? Its incredibly boring, theres little original gameplay, and its amazing how a game as un-optimized as Minecraft was ever able to get popular.
And dont even get me started on there army of mindless drones they call a fanbase.
Perhaps at first it is a bit boring, but once you get further into the game you start to have more fun as you progress. When I first bought it, I was very bored at first, but after some time playing, I really got into the game. And how is its gameplay unoriginal?
It's an overhyped game with horrid graphics as an excuse for Mojang being lazy.
