help with painting

hey,yeah how do i make so the vehicles are paintable like i made mineand its only like blue and white color i try painting it but it dont work plesse help

Go to Materials then press New.  Then click one of the <none> bars and find the texture you want.

Next, select the group (primitive, ect) that you want to apply the color to. After selecting it, go back to the Materials menu and hit Assign.

The color should appear then. If it doesn't then make sure the window your viewing is set to textured mode (so you can see the texture).
