What I just heard was "Congratulations! You won!" and I'm like what.
I didn't open mediafire
Forums has no ads, what could this mean?

This happened to me, only it was "Congratulations! You've won a free iPod Nano!" (or maybe it was an iPod Touch, it was some Apple product)

Happened twice in about a week and then never again, ran a virus scan and everything

Happens almost every time I visit TinyPic, due to the "YOU WON A (x)" ads plastered all over the site.

I think the page loads, and the ads, and then adblock deletes the ads. That's why you can hear the sound because adblock isn't instant.

That happened to me last month. I have no idea, but I found an ad on another window.

Here's a little experiment for you. Open youtube and play something, then close it. Chances are, you hear a little bit of the video even after you close your tab. Probably the same thing.
