I don't really see how you can accuse Mr.LoL of stealing the idea considering you have only just started hosting it.

No one should argue about stealing ideas because that is the way of an online game; You wouldn't accuse someone of stealing the idea of hosting a Team Deathmatch.

And team deathmatch is extremely generic.
