Author Topic: How come my dog bled from her vagina and my cats don't?  (Read 1538 times)

I don't think it's normal for any household pet to bleed from it's vagina unless it has recently been given an operation to remove it's ovaries, specifically during the two to three weeks afterwards.
At least it was that way with our cats, not sure if it's the same with doges

Why do you look at your pet's vaginas when they're in heat?

Oh.

Come on, bronies only like to have love with ponies.

Your cats got their uterus took out, your dog didn't.
Plus cats get their period once a year. Not sure about dogs though.

dogs have periods about twice a year I think

You would, wouldn't you?

dogs do

I know when my dog was in heat she would bleed every now in then, but my cats don't, is there a reason for this? Do they lick it up or do cats just not bleed? Or should I be worried? D:

I showed this to my irl friends. We laughed so hard at the small clues. Pony avatar, name, etc.
