Author Topic: Titanic's 100th anniversary of sinking this year D;  (Read 882 times)

On April 14th, 1912, the titanic hit an iceberg during it's maiden voyage. On April 15,1912, the ship had fully sunken, killing 1514 passengers our of 2224 (around 68%). April 15,2012, marks the 100th anniversary of the Titanic's sinking. For those of you who lost a family member (likey grandparents or great-grandparents), you have my condolences (likely less then 20 people here lost a family member in the crash.)

I feel as I should pay my respect.

I've been researching it since 2010

If they wanted more ice, they sure got it.

I could bet you less than 1 person had a family member involved in it, not just killed by it.

OH NO NOT THE
Lololol
Fixed. How did I look over that? I caught calling 1912 1913,but not that.

My great grandparents ALMOST bought tickets to take the Titanic to America, but instead they got tickets for the SS Amerika, a German ship bound for the US, which didn't sink.

Edit:

SS Amerika
