If you join GMod, join a HL2-RP server and you'll know what it means.
It will have some RPG elements such as resource collection, money, and maybe experience and leveling up.

You will be able to play a a citizen, rebel, metrocop, jail guard, combine soldier, vortigaunt (if i make a decal), etc.

This is directly based off of Half-Life 2, and supposed to be something like HL2Rp's in Gmod.
