Why are the bricks not there?

Whenever I download a city RPG add on, the cityrpg tab in the bricks menu is not there, so i cant place ores trees, spawns, etc. Any ideas? And i don't care if you think this gamemode is a piece of stuff, I want to know what is going on.

I haven't touched it in quite a while, but if I recall you're suppose to build on baseplate-lots.

Open brick menu, press tab until you reach the City RPG bricks. The problem is that if you have many brick add-ons such as JVS, they can take up their own categories. So they are missed off the top because of restricted room.

I tried tab key, but there still are no cityrpg bricks.
