Okay the Ebay case seems odd to me. Sure she was a stupid scammer but if the darn ad says "for photo only" then that's what she got.

The problem is the product description says "what you see in the picture is what you get" and the produce weight was listed as 4.9oz. The paper doesn't weigh 4.9oz.
