The fact that you think you need to teach people to build a certain way is questionable.
i don't want to make videos of this because the way i'm teaching requires me to go 1 on 1 with the person.
i'm not trying to teach people to build a certain way; i'm trying to get them to start their own style and not rip off of blueprints or pictures. please read the post next time
I said nothing about ripping off blue prints or pictures. Giving ideas and tips is good, but from your other posts/topics on the building subject, I have a bad feeling about your methods. And for the record, I did read the entire OP.
I seriously don't think you can record something like this. It needs finesse and an understandable dialog between the apprentice and the teacher. Videos are often rough, and you also can't ask a question to a video. This is why 1 on 1 is needed.I don't think people understand what mrc is trying to accomplish with this. You can't really teach with videos.
what bullstuffi learnt how to build a (real) wooden deck off of a video of someone showing another person. If i can do that, people can learn off of him showing someone else how to "build"
