Author Topic: Key recovery won't work. (Read 1024 times)

Im trying to play blockland and it keeps asking for my key. When I go to the key recovery page and enter my Email, it says it sent the key to it. When I check the email, nothing is there. Help would be great.

Give it a little time? Also make sure you're typing it right and that you're using the email that you registered with.

Normally its instant. I know for sure that it is the right email, I tried atleast 10 times know.

Bump. Its been two days, I've checked spam, tried a few more time, and even tried adding support@blockland.us to my contacts. Still nothing.

Email is not always instant. If your ISP's email server is not ready when the email is first sent, it will be resent later.
