It's sad that you can't be new to the forums without getting your butt handed down by someone for being accused of alternation or something. It's as if people don't realize that blockland is growing and there are actual real people who join the name, not people who still play alt'ing.
I might help out with the city if you need, but I do say, we have Bushido and his city well worked on, you might want to drop by there and get a good general idea of how city in Blockland would function.
