I have no idea what you just said.

Wouldn't it be HFAARP?
Or are they using High-Frequency as one word, with the hyphen

H-FAARP

H-FAARP

I think they were trying to make "High" and "Frequency" one word so it was HAARP

Yeah.
Also H-FAARP sounds ridiculous.

[Tingalz]

Lol at the related videos.
"GUYS LOOK AT THESE CLOUDS OMG ITS HAARP"

[Comatose]

HAARP is just some atmospheric monitoring outpost in Alaska created by the government to help NOAA track solar storms.

All this conspiracy stuff is just people being irrational.

To be honest in some videos the clouds look very man-made.

You have got to be kidding me.

Weather is a weird phenomenon. Anything could happen.

BREAKING NEWS: Cloudy terroists just made a man made cloud giving a forget you to the nation.

HAARP is not a conspiracy.

[Mushroom man]

Oh god lol

[sir dooble]

To be honest in some videos the clouds look very man-made.

That's really stupid.

By that standard anyone who has ever looked up at the clouds and seen it make a shape has seen a man-made cloud.
Oh, that cloud there looks like a lamb, clearly someone has designed it to look like one.
