I wanted to know if it is possible somehow to make a cave?

Not with terrain, but you can do interior models that have a similar texture over the area you want as a cave. Though with the update coming, you might be better off using this.

Yes and no.

Terrain caves are impossible you have to make one with interior objects. If you cut out a piece of terrain and put an interior cave object inside it then you are also unable to build inside the terrain.
