Yeah but it doesn't have the outline so you can't have it the same.

You have to do all the letters individually and not in full words because the entire thing gets smaller and stuffs it up, which is just a waste of time and pre difficult.

Put the .dll in your Paint.NET/Effects folder

plugins people, get a dropshadow one.

There is an outline plugin somewhere on their forum, search for it.

The object(s) need to be on a separate layer so the effect can detect them
