one of my ancestors moved to america
i still have an american accent tho
Well, if you live in America, and your parents have and assumedly their parents too (How many generations back do you refer to as an ancestor?), and you've been to an American school and have American friends, then Unless you happen to live in the one German-only town in Ohio of course you're going to have an American accent.
Which would be an Ohio accent more specifically, right?
