10 pounds = 2240 pounds?

study up about the military and I may join
this, and:

you ass, you didn't even add what the date is so we know what kind of scene we should be expecting
you also didn't fill out the entire character sheet which you'd be expecting us to have to do, not the other way around and since you didn't fill out the entire CS i figured your character was national socialist due to it being in Berlin

do you actually expect us to have to assume the details in this? having us do that would result in misunderstanding due to the lack of knowledge of the imaginary world at work, its nations and their standings

Could be very fun, but needs more of the countries involved.
study up about the military

Oh, and those guns combined would be about 22.75lb.

Ooh, and add Finland.

Add Italy.

And the French resistance.
And Canada.
And a few others I can't remember.

You know what? Nevermind. This just sounds irresistible. I'll start now.
Team: United States
Name: Luigi Bianco
Health: 100
Load-out: United Defense M42 Submachine Gun; Mk.2 Fragmentation Hand Grenade; Mark 1 Trench Knife
Location: Tucson Arizona
Expertise: Driving and repairs.

Well, I'm being shipped out today. Locked and loaded with a M50 Reising Submachine Gun. This year it was cold as it last had been in 1936. This year, I knew that Uncle Sam needed me.
Well, actually, that was a lie. I had been drafted. Even with all the propaganda posters and such, I couldn't pull myself to go into the war. Most people that wanted to go in were either very patriotic or had a death wish. By tomorrow, I'll be in fascist Italy.

Quote from: Wikipedia
Operational use

Intended for use by U.S. troops at the time of its design, it found more favor being air-dropped to partisan forces in occupied Europe. The weapon was air dropped to supply British-led partisan forces on the island of Crete, where it was used extensively. It also saw use among the partisan forces of the Italian and French Resistance. Some of them were transferred to Dai Li's regular resistance forces in China for use against the Japanese invasion. The use of the 9 mm caliber allowed resistance forces to use captured ammunition in their weapons, eliminating the need for repeated re-supply drops.
Overall the weapon failed in its intended role (to replace the Thompson) but proved effective in limited use in the hands of resistance forces.

Ehhh no

Fine, I'll change it.

Add Italy.

And the French resistance.
And Canada.
And a few others I can't remember.
add poland too  :cookieMonster:
