Also when I ask him to host my cars for a beta test, he always being a butthurt with the people who were testing it, if they dont ONLY talk about the car they will get banned

Nobody was banned in the testing server. Only RMS.

Ragref told me everything, he said that one of the victims was Lt. John, banned for complaining. There was blood and a note infront of his house in an RP, there was a Virus in the RP. The other, Ragref says that he doesn't remember.

Honestly, there's more drama here than in a topic with Lord Tony.
I must say a few things about Ragref through.
He banned me because I wasn't staying on his storyline for an RP.
Which is usually military, outlaw, or mafia crap.
