i'm probably gonna see the movie
hope it isnt too stuffty

Don't judge a book by it's movie. Just don't.
This. This this this this.

also the camera handling was not impressive
i figured the camera's stability was meant to represent how katniss was feeling at the time

shaking a lot when she's distressed and still when she's calm and composed

SPECULATION

I had to take my boyfriend to see it. It sucked in my opinion.

This was a pretty good movie, my only problem with it is that they couldn't show much combat to keep it pg-13.  If for example it were rated R this would have allowed us to see more happen.  This is why the cameras pan fast during fights and things.

The movie was pretty accurate to the book just it was displayed differently from the book.

In the end I laughed at the deaths and wondered why Cato looked like a mini Neil Patrick Harris.

PG-13~

all the closeups on the dead eyes of tributes kinda freaked me out

Just saw this today. The movie represented the book very well, and it wasn't even incredibly gory. Also, the stockpile explosion was fantastic.

At the theatre right now, gonna have to turn this off in a sec.

That was pretty damn good. Some of that stuff was greusome.

Book had more gruesome moments, because I though Rue's death had more, guts and stuff falling out from her in the book. Unless I'm recalling a moment from the other 2 books.
