Okay, so I was voice chatting with Dionysus, and he says that Cromedome was saying he was Jookia, who has long gone quit, last signed in 2 years ago. Seems the perfect time for someone to impersonate him. Cromedome I guess has taken the honor. I will post a chat log here for what he said over RTB.

i've talked to jookia in the past two days, he said he hasn't been back for 3 years and isn't coming back.
