We can't help you if you don't give ANY details.  All you told us is that it's slow.  Possible causes I can think of are;
-Too many addons.
-Blockland got updated.
-Your computer is stuff.

Yep Vista is a ram hoarded either upgrade to Windows 7 or downgrade to XP.

Id rather stay on Vista (SP2) since it supports DirectX 11, although Blockland uses OpenGL. If you play other demanding games then stay on Vista, don't listen to these other guys.
