Sending Punch Packet when people try to join my server.

I have always been able to host servers and get a bunch of people in them, and the past couple days people have been telling me it just keeps Sending Punch Packet and they can't join. I've been hosting servers no problem for 4 years. Why is this happening all of a sudden?

Click the 5 bars to the left of the time in the far right corner, then click "Open Network and Sharing Center". Click the blue text next to "Connections", then click "Details", then record the IPv4 address. Make sure that is the same address you used to make the Port Forward.

Also, if they send punches, don't just take them, return them, that way, they know you want to get it on, so they send a challenge request,
