Last week I ate 4 Double Big Macs, 4 Large fries and 4 large ice teas.

Not only can doing this cause you to get diabetes, You can also get a heart attack or stroke if this clogs your ateries.

My fast metabolism sorts everything out for me.

McDonalds is awful and if I could I would condemn each and every one of their restaurants to a nice long napalm shower.

I have Hypoglycemic events, but I don't have Diabetes.

your fast motabolism doesn't stop diabetes, high blood sugar, dehydration, blood pressure problems, or cholesterol. don't eat mcdonalds, go to wendies or arbies if you really need fast food.

Sorry, surprised someone else didn't do this. I don't believe you eat THAT much McDonald's a week.
