I remember in health class in 7th grade we watched this movie biography thing of this 21 year old eating mcdonalds for
a month straight, he gained over 80+ pounds, if i'm correct.
It's okay to eat fast food once in a while so it does not become a forbidden food obsession.
The less I eat fast food, the more I get sick when I eat it...so the less I eat it.
Just work out one hour and a half more if you're worry about your calorie intake.
A medium serving of fries is 380 calories, more if you're cute and the person serving you likes you and really packs the little paper bag real tight! Or even worse, gives you a large serving of fries when you asked and paid for a small one, with a wink like he's doing you a favor...yeah, like 500 calories of fries is what I need! (you don't need a medium serving of fries, a small serving, 230 calories, should be more than enough).
The filet-o-fish is the same amount of calories than the medium fries. A 760 calorie meal is a lot for a woman.
Also go easy on the cookies. Even small ones pack a lot of calories. You can have a cookie, or 2 or 3 small ones but 5 is pushing it. Cookies should not be a meal, they should be a treat and a couple should be enough to satisfy your craving once a week or so.
