Try restoring to past times of your computer before that anti virus and save your files.

My dad works for Cisco
It's probably in the router's settings.
Where can I find the router settings?
Maybe you should listen to it and not download random EXEs from websites like a loving idiot.
So, over 2,000 hundred/more people are infected with viruses?

Can't you just press continue like it says?

What part isn't working?
I'm clicking Log In and nothing happens.

Exactly what model is your router.

Or just try these

admin admin
Administrator admin
admin default
cisco cisco
root Cisco

Also try all blank.
If none of those work just post the model.
