Its in the team deathmatch gamemode

I would suggest trying out Slayer. It supports more customization, is easier to use (once you get past the sheer amount of features), and supports better modding.

Post pic capture point events. Is it only that point, or does it do this for all capture point bricks? Maybe you gotta capture them in a certain order?

It's does this for all of the capture points.

Post a pic of the capture point's events. If all else fails, use Slayer.
