You guys forget that the majority of people who own macs are born into a "Mac family" who would cringe at the thought of getting anything but a Mac right? Mostly for security reasons, because some work in jobs that need it.
Security by obscurity is not a valid form of security.
Unix systems are much more secure than any windows out of the box could hope to be.
The security that comes from using a mac or linux based OS is not some fancy well done feature the companies put in. People just don't want to hack mac or linux OSs because it is such a tiny demographic to target versus PC users. You'd have to be handicapped to get a virus regardless of what OS you use though so it only is good for people who like to click little links that tells them they just won a free car. I used my comp for like 1 year with no anti-virus, router on DMZ and windows firewall turned off and pretty much surfed the web every day and never got 1 single virus.
Sounds like something my dad would say."That forgeter stole your stuff! Now go and kick his ass and make sure he learned not to forget with you!"Arn't he just nice?
Guys, I have good news. No, it wasn't found, but there's this thing called iCloud:-snip-I'll know when it comes online, and i'll be emailed when it does. It's locked, and set to send a message when it tries to go online about return info.
Except that thing is a pile of bull. It needs internet to be able to phone home. Who would connect a stolen laptop to the internet before even logging in?

It should be online automatically when you open the computer, so when it tries to connect I get told.
How would it connect to the internet without cable or being set up to the wi-fi?
my house has wifi i dunno about you
forget with the person by playing the sound at random intervals
