The south has the highest population of gangsta drugies (blacks) and most of them down there have gone feral. That's the reason segregation existed in the first place, to try and protect the white population from the effects of black "society." The liberal laws may now say that segregation is illegal but it is still alive in the culture fortunately. The development of suburban gated communities since World War 2 has allowed whites to concentrate their forces and create modern fortresses against the still tribal black population. I think they need to take more offensive measures against them though as all the nicely mortared brick walls in the world won't stop an angry mob of 1000 blacks who haven't gotten their welfare checks and are looking to take it out on the successful members of society.
