Judging by the astronomical amount of drama it has generated I don't think everything stays in that thread. Nobody makes dramas just because a fandom exists.

Most of the people on the forums were here before the show became popular.
That's why they're here, because they are part of the forums.

I could say the same for Minecigarettes and why they don't go piss over to Notch's forum.

But do they have to stay in one forum? Taking Pony discussion to another forum does not mean those users have to leave BLF.

The attempt to move fans to another/their own forum has been tried, and failed. Only a few actually went and it died in less than a week or so.


I would assume it's the same as asking the Minecraft-thread goers, or some other "large" popular thead, to move to some forum of it's own relevancy. Really, the off-topic section is for off-topic discussion. The Blockland discussion area is up there.

Also, this forum is where the familiarity is at. Why leave "the comforts of home"?

It is. Post pony macros and then claiming people complaining about it need to "deal with it" is a richard move, and most certainly violates the "tolerance" part of your fandom's favorite expression.
