I actually don't like the logo. The logo itself is great, but the way I made it is weird. The round part at the bottom is supposed to be bigger, but I can't make it look right. It's supposed to look like this:

I would suggest putting semi-transparent, white prints overtop the "ice" to make it look more like ice.

It's ok as it stands since the scale you're making it on cannot make it perfect. Right now it looks like a whistle with wings, which is still good.
