Anyone who want's a good server will have to get RTB. Almost all server editing mods use it and it implements a ton of features.
Edit: Also, a default feature of RTB is the admin tab. Ever seen auto admins on a server? That's RTB at work.

Auto admin is in stock, RTB is just a GUI over it.

It's not RTB, it's your computer or a conflicting mod.
