Looking for this old prank video

I don't remember much about it but I do remember the basics.

There was a camera at a high point that'd focus on a guy walking down an alley, and once he got close to the end a couple hundred people would come out of nowhere and chase the guy back down the alley. I think it may have been Japanese.
