Another claim is that the Leapyear thing started after the Mayan Calender ending, so that means the whole date would of been screwed up, and I think the article said we would of already encountered '2012' years ago.

I mean they would have had something to compensate for the extra time, because there's a whole extra quarter of a day each year, which is why leap years exist, so those days don't just keep piling up so we eventually have summer going on during January
