This isn't a result of the bible, it's human intelligence. Even (most) animals don't mindlessly slaughter each other.
In order for the bible to truly be the source of a moral, the moral would have had to have been practiced by no one before the bible, not practiced by anyone outside of christianity, and you would have to argue that the morals would never have existed without the bible. Can you argue any of these for killing or stealing?

This is completely untrue. I could not find an estimate of indigenous populations that live in the US today higher than 18 million. That is pretty low.

I don't think you read the part where I agreed with you.

I'm not saying Christianity was a flawless sense of morals that everyone should follow, I'm saying people have the choice to follow, which is completely fine, seeing as no one has done anything about this mass destruction of the Earth as you people seem to think.

As for the obvious to non-bible readers part, most if not all people have sinned, but it's taken less lightly in the Christian belief.

I never said the bible paved the roads for common human sense, it just acted as a guide to add more, no matter how absurd they may have been.
