Grab a CSS stylesheet. If you're looking for a host, try HelioHost. They allow CSS/PHP/ASP/HTML/HTML5/prettymucheveryotherwebpagelanguageoutthere. 500mb dedicated space for the site is pretty sweet.

And also, if you need to ever figure out something, I think IE supports it but Chrome for sure does,
There a "Inspect Source" function to see the exact HTML for a webpage,
I used that and only that to teach myself HTML
