How do I make a Firefox persona?

Before you ask, yes, I've visited the page dedicated to this.
Here's my problem: I've made a header image and a footer image. Now, this is what Firefox tells me to do (I have Personas installed)

There's no fox in the bottom left corner. There's no fox anywhere. I've looked in the Add-ons menu and looked in the options there, but nothing is related to this.

Is this a bug, or does this Personas thing only work with Mac?

I'm sure it should be possible on Windows, but you're looking at instructions for a Mac, so it wont be reliable.

I'm searching it up now, even though you most likely have already, and it seems like all the instructions for this is shown on a Mac.

No, I can't find any Windows instructions anywhere.

try installing a persona from the catalog, the fox should appear, according the the instructions, that's the only thing i can think of right now, im looking though.
