Well I havn't been able to host sence my router reset, even after I re-port forwarded.

And today I noticed that was disabled and I was wondering, because I belive it was enabled.

If you're port forwarding, disable UPnP.

Universal Plug and Play. A better abbreviation would be UPP.

Wide Area Network Ping.

as apposed to LAN, PAN, CAN, and MAN.

WAN ping does nothing except test connectivity to a certain address (no, you don't need it).
