Author Topic: Stop using Gyazo please  (Read 6924 times)

I just wonder why people use Gyazo over something like tinypic, I mean they're both pretty much the same to my knowledge, and tinypic allows you to hotlink images.

Because TinyPic requires effort.

I hate sites that make you wait 5 seconds than 5 more and then you have to see all these loving ads just to see one image.

Because they want to piss you off using the "tab" excuse.

Dear christ, the butthurt from you kids over this stuff.

BAWW I HAVE TO RIGHT CLICK TO OPEN A SINGLE CONTEXT MENU TO VIEW A GYAZO PICTURE :'(

Get over it.  I tend to upload everything to imgur anyway but if you actually are that annoyed by Gyazo you should go forget yourself.

Because TinyPic requires effort.

You pick and image then do a captcha.

not that hard.

photobooket is betteh
photobucket reduces image quality, i found this out and switched to uploading to imgur

Gyazo requires more effort just for the viewer to view your damn image. The viewer isn't the one that should have to go through that.

Imagine someone who posted a build in gallery and used Gyazo. That would be incredibly annoying on the person trying to view the pictures.

Dropbox
This has no ads and has somewhat less effort than an image-uploading site.
For images use rightclick>"Dropbox">"Copy Public Link", CTRL-V and add IMG tags.

So doing a few more mouse clicks is going to interfere with what exactly? Gyazo is a hosting service that alienates the viewers.

localhostr + localhostr uploadr beat imgur, Gyazo, Photobucket, Dropbox, TinyPic and others by a milestone.

I use imageshack. Very simple.

hyperdesktop works well for me, it also has a window screenshot and a full desktop screenshot option, as well as a window that lets you draw stuff on it

I tried that and it doesn't work at all in most cases.
