i use gyazo and then rehost the image with imgur
10/10 pro

ill use gyazo to take a screengrab, then upload it to imgur if i need it to last
I actually uninstalled gyazo because it's almost completely useless. All I have to do is prntscreen, paste and upload. Also the plus side is that the picture is on my computer for later use.
http://imgur.com/tools
Hyperdesktop + "Right click -> Send To -> Imgur"

Same function as Gyazo, without all the flaws. Uploads to imgur. =D

ctrl + shift + 4 is basically my most used command

i wish gyazo would just, like, end, so people would be forced to use hyperdesktop or windows snipping tool

Doesn't it take like an hour or more for the image to work on Gyazo only to have it break again in the next few minutes?

The bandwidth on Gyazo must be really bad.

Hey look, a link to an image I captured and uploaded in two seconds, and you don't have to use an extra step to view it!

Really though, yes, Gyazo is very useful.
But you know what's even more useful?
One of the many programs that do the same exact thing as Gyazo, but allows viewers to view the images without requiring them to do an extra step.
A friend showed me ZScreen 4 years ago, and I've been happy with its abundance of features (saving a local copy, sorted and named by date/time is especially nice) but the only problem is that is does a ton more than just screencapping images, and as such the UI is filled with a ton of stuff you don't need, and finding the relevant options can be annoying.

And of course there's a ton more, a google search for "programs like gyazo" or similar should bring up a lot of results, or there's the links to ones that people have posted in this thread.

There is no reason to complain about this.

If you don't want to click the link to see an image using Gyazo, don't click the link.

Because they want to piss you off using the "tab" excuse.

And you're not trying to piss anyone else off by bitching about Gyazo usage? :cookieMonster:

Really, get over yourself lol.

They are the ones using broken hotlinked images.

There is no reason to complain about this.
There is no reason to use an inferior uploading service when there are far more superior ones available

"but they started it!!!!!"

There is no reason to complain about this.

there is plenty of reason to complain about people using a clearly broken image uploading site

there's no reason not to switch to hyperdesktop. you can also draw right onto screencaps before submitting if you want.

It's like when people complain because you don't use Mediafire. Mediafire is the superior file uploading service.

Gyazo has horrible bandwidth.

There is no reason. If you don't want to go through a process to see an image, stop caring about what that person posted and go on with your life. Stop crusading across the forum to disembowel anyone who does anything different.

Personally, if I see a link to an image site, I don't click it. If it wasn't in their interest to tag it onto the forum, then it isn't in my interest to see what they are posting.
